Dr. Alyssa Ailion
Dr. Ailion provides private, discreet neuropsychological assessment, psychotherapy, and consultation services for children and adults. Dr. Alyssa Ailion is a licensed clinical psychologist and board certified clinical neuropsychologist with years of clinical experience — personally conducts all of the evaluations. Her approach is warm, intellectually curious and collaborative, always keeping goals in mind and explaining the process along the way.
Dr. Ailion’s evaluations provide comprehensive examination of a broad range of learning disabilities, school difficulties, medical etiology, and emotional challenges. Her findings have been used to determine proper medical treatment, structure academic accommodations, and for recommendations for additional therapies.
Dr. Ailion received her doctorate from Georgia State University in 2018, and she has over ten years of experience in neuropsychological assessment. She is currently affiliated with Harvard Medical School and Boston Children’s Hospital. Along with neuropsychological assessment, she also has specialized training in pediatric psychotherapy.
The practice is located in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston.
Parking: Street parking is metered, and generally accessible during the day and free on weekends. Other parking arrangements can also be made for patients.
Location: My office is located at 264 Beacon Street, which is between Dartmouth and Exeter. It is most convenient to the Green Line, Copley stop.
