What It’s Like to Work With Us
Families often come to us feeling overwhelmed by unanswered questions, school concerns, medical complexity, or uncertainty about next steps. Dr. Ailion’s approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and highly individualized. She works to understand each child or young adult quickly and deeply, while helping families feel organized, informed, and supported throughout the process.
The goal is not just to provide test scores or diagnoses. The goal is to translate complex information into a clear, practical plan that families, schools, physicians, therapists, and other providers can actually use.
