We welcome referrals from pediatricians, psychiatrists, therapists, early intervention providers (PT/OT/SLP), schools, and educational consultants.
We aim to make the referral process straightforward and responsive—so families get clear next steps without unnecessary delays.
Who to refer
- A child, teen, or young adult struggling academically or functionally
- Concerns about ADHD, autism, learning differences/dyslexia, executive functioning, anxiety/depression impact, or medical/neurological contributors
- A need for IEP/504 planning, school placement guidance, standardized-testing accommodations, or treatment planning
What families receive
- Clinical interview and history
- Review of records
- Standardized testing tailored to the referral questions
- Feedback session
- Comprehensive integrated written report with diagnoses and recommendations when appropriate
- Practical recommendations for home, school, and treatment
How to refer
- Ask the family to complete our contact form (fastest), or email us at EsplanadePsych@gmail.com.
- In your note, please include the reason for referral and any time sensitivity.
- If the family agrees, records can be sent separately (school/medical/prior reports).
